Abu Ibraheem has a passion for transformative experiences. He has dedicated over a decade to enhancing the Hajj and Umrah journey for Muslims in Oceania and Asia. His commitment to fostering spiritual growth and fostering a sense of community among pilgrims has earned him widespread respect. As a thought leader and writer, Abu Ibraheem shares his insights on Hajj and Umrah through platforms like Muslim Matters, contributing to the enrichment of pilgrims’ experiences worldwide and also developing smartphone apps to improve the overall pilgrim experience. Through his leadership and dedication, Abu Ibraheem continues to inspire and uplift pilgrims on their sacred journey and is currently the Regional Coordinator for Al Bait Guests Oceania & Asia Direct Hajj initiative.
Sheikh Abu Bakr Zoud

Sheikh Abu Bakr Zoud was born in and grew up in Australia, where he began his studies in Islamic sciences at a young age and then furthered his studies and is a graduate of the Faculty of Quran from the Islamic University of Madinah, after which he continued his Qur’anic Studies in Egypt and then the UAE. The Sheikh has received numerous ijazaat in Quran including one from Sheikh Ali Al-Hudhafy, the Imam of Masjid An-Nabwi, and Sheikh Tamim Al Zu’bi. His studies have given him a profound appreciation for the importance of scholarship and the role of education in empowering individuals and communities.
Sheikh Abu Bakr Zoud’s education in Islamic studies, combined with his ability to connect with audiences from diverse backgrounds, has made him a highly sought-after public speaker and educator. He is known for his ability to bridge the gap between traditional Islamic scholarship and contemporary issues facing Muslims today, offering practical and relevant guidance to those seeking to deepen their understanding of Islam.

Sheikh Muhammad Ziyad Al-Khalidi

Muhammad Ziyad Al-Khalidi is a graduate of the Faculty of Shari’ah at the Islamic University of Madinah. Born and raised in Sydney, Australia, to parents who migrated from Aceh, Indonesia, he is fluent in English, Acehnese, Indonesian, Malay, and Arabic—allowing him to connect with pilgrims from diverse backgrounds.
From 2011 to 2020, during his time in Saudi Arabia, Muhammad Ziyad had the privilege of assisting Hujjaj, particularly from Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, and surrounding regions. Having performed Hajj multiple times, his greatest honour has been guiding and supporting pilgrims of all ages as they embark on this sacred journey. His dedication lies in ensuring that every pilgrim experiences Hajj with spiritual depth, ease, and the hope of an accepted pilgrimage.
With a deep passion for serving the Ummah, he continues to ask Allah to bless all those striving to visit His House and fulfill the fifth pillar of Islam. He also prays that Allah continue to bless the efforts of those who work tirelessly to facilitate this sacred journey, making Hajj a peaceful and unifying experience for the entire Muslim Ummah.
Umm Ibraheem

Born and raised in Brisbane as a fifth-generation Australian of Pakistani heritage, Umm Ibraheem carries a deep connection to both her roots and her faith. With a background in education, holding a Bachelor of Education (Secondary) and a passion for nurturing others, she has spent years guiding and supporting people on their journey of learning and spiritual growth—qualities that naturally shape her role as a Hajj and Umrah guide.
Her own pilgrimage journey in 2010 was a life-changing experience that deepened her love for serving others on this sacred path. Since then, she has dedicated herself to guiding pilgrims with care and sincerity, continuously expanding her knowledge of Islamic sciences, currently furthering her studies in Fusha Arabic to better serve those in her care.
As a mother of three, Umm Ibraheem understands the importance of patience, compassion, and spiritual preparation—qualities she brings into every journey she leads. Her approach is one of warmth and dedication, ensuring that each pilgrim feels not only supported but also uplifted and prepared for the deeply transformative experience of Hajj and Umrah.
For Umm Ibraheem, guiding is more than just a duty—it is an amanah, a sacred trust from Allah SWT. With sincerity and devotion, she strives to make every pilgrimage a journey of connection, reflection, and spiritual renewal, helping pilgrims return home with a heart forever changed.
Sister Ronya

Holding a Bachelor of Health Science and a degree in Counselling and Life Coaching, Sister Ronya has spent years helping individuals heal, grow, and find balance. Through her work, she came to recognise the profound connection between the mind, body, and soul—a connection that has become invaluable in her role as a Hajj and Umrah guide.

Sister Ronya’s ability to support both the emotional and spiritual needs of others allows her to guide pilgrims with empathy, wisdom, and care.
